Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Wayne Easter, Helen Easter, Gerald Smith and Annis Smith have appealed the decision of the Resort Municipality of Stanley Bridge, Hope River, Bayview, Cavendish and North Rustico to grant a subdivision permit to Seawood Estates Inc. (Russell Rogers) to subdivide two lots off of the main property at Parcel #92650 (Lot G) located adjacent to Seawood Estates.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, 2004 in the Commission Hearing Room,  Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
