Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Lennis MacFadyen has appealed the decision of the Department of Community and Cultural Affairs to approve a variance allowing the existing cottage to remain at its present location (11 feet from the property boundary) on Parcel # 203929 at New Dominion.
