Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Stuart Mason, Dr. Vianne Timmons, Hinman Barrett, Nancy Barrett and Blair MacCallum have appealed the decision of the Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs to grant preliminary approval to Kel-Mac Inc. with respect to an application to revise portions of the subdivision (Parcels #398040 and #398057) located at Mermaid.
