Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Ronald Hiscock and Doreen Hiscock have appealed the decision of the Resort Municipality to issue a building permit to Phillip Gallant to construct a one storey accessory building and private garage on Parcel # 719500 located at Stanley Bridge.
