Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Les Zielinski has appealed the decision of the Resort Municipality to issue a building permit to Stephen Oickle (Green Village Accommodations) to construct a building with a deck to be used as 6 one-unit motel units and a private laundromat on Parcel # 694745 located at Cavendish. The appeal will be heard at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, April 9, 2001 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
