Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Shawn McGee has appealed the decision of the Resort Municipality to deny a sign permit for Parcel #232140 located in Stanley Bridge, based on the proposed sign not meeting the requirements of the Resort Municipality's Signage Bylaw. The appeal will deal only with the preliminary matter of jurisdiction. The appeal will be heard at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 27, 2001 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
