Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Christopher MacDonald has appealed the decision of the Resort Municipality to deny a permit to construct an artificial rock climbing wall on property #723874 located in Cavendish. The appeal will be heard at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 4, 2001 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
