Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Shawn McGee has appealed the decision of the Resort Municipality to deny a sign permit for Parcel #232140 located in Cavendish, based on the proposed sign not meeting the requirements of the Resort Municipality's Signage Bylaw. The appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 2001 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
