Pursuant to Section
28 of the Planning Act, Mark
Hatfield has appealed the decision of the Minister of Community and Cultural
Affairs to issue building permit #K-08-01 to Island Quality Vegetables for
expansion of a building on parcel #861484 located in Commercial Cross.
The
Appeal will be heard at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, December 4, 2001 in the
Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street,
Charlottetown.
