Jodi Lund Swyer and Steve Swyer v. City of Charlottetown

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Jodi Lund Swyer and Steve Swyer have appealed the decision of the City of Charlottetown to deny an application for a variance to reduce the required front yard setback for Parcel #257210 located at 31 Desbrisay Crescent in order to permit the construction of a single family dwelling.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 9, 2003 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
