Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, James Edwin Hughes has appealed the decision of the Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs to deny an application for subdivision approval for Parcel #249516 located in the Community of Thistle & Shamrock.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 7, 2003 in the Commission Hearing Room, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
