APPEAL # LA05003 and APPEAL #LA05004

Robert MacDonald and Julie MacDonald v. Municipality of Borden-Carleton

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Robert MacDonald and Julie MacDonald have appealed the January 11, 2005 decision of the Community of Borden-Carleton to deny an  approval for the consolidation of parcel number 380691 and parcel number 380709 located in Borden-Carleton.  The Appellants also have appealed a purported January 21, 2005 decision of the Community of Borden-Carleton to deny a development permit for parcel number 380691. 

The above noted appeals will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
