James G. Rumson v. Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, James G. Rumson has appealed the September 20, 2004 decision of the Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs to approve a subdivision of parcel number 922419 located at Wheatley River.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 13, 2005 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
