John R. O'Brien et al v. City of Charlottetown

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, John R. O'Brien, Tanya O'Brien, Mary Mitchell, Mel Jenkins, Lorna Jenkins, Don Tinney, Audrey Tinney, Rob Lantz, Kelly Lantz, Valerie Kelly, Bruce Beaton and John K. Mitchell have appealed the March 15, 2005 decision of the City of Charlottetown to approve a lot consolidation of parcel numbers 349183, 349175 and 349167 fronting on North River Road in Charlottetown. 

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, June 10, 2005 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.     

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
