Eugene Rooney v. Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Eugene Rooney has appealed two decisions of the Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs.

In appeal #LA05011, the appeal concerns the May 25, 2005 decision to grant preliminary approval for a 5 lot subdivision of parcel #176024 situate at Orwell Cove.

In appeal #LA05013, the appeal concerns the June 16, 2005 decision of the Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs to grant preliminary approval for a 5 lot subdivision of parcel #176016 situate at Orwell Cove.

Although the two decisions to grant preliminary approval involve different developers, the Commission intends to hear the appeals together as the grounds for appeal provided by the Appellant appear to be identical.
