Margaret McQuaid & Florence Rossiter v. Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Margaret McQuaid & Florence Rossiter have appealed the July 7, 2005 decision of the Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs to deny an application to subdivide parcel number 157412 located at  Primrose. 

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, September 20, 2005 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
