 Southport Motel and Cottages Ltd. v. Town  of Stratford

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Southport Motel and Cottages Ltd. has appealed the January 12, 2005 decision of the Town of Stratford to deny an application for subdivision involving parcel numbers 328096, 328062, 679480 and a portion of 327973 located in Stratford.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2005 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
