Greg Weeks v. City of Summerside

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Greg Weeks has appealed the August 15, 2005 decision of the City of Summerside to deny an application for variances to allow a new single family dwelling to be built at 15 St. Lawrence Street, parcel number 300988, in Summerside.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.   

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
