APPEAL # LA05021 Peter Norton and Gary Rayner v. City of Charlottetown and APPEAL # LA05022 Tim Banks v. City of Charlottetown Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Peter Norton and Gary Rayner (Appeal #LA05021) and Tim Banks (Appeal #LA05022) have appealed the August 8, 2005 decision of the City of Charlottetown to approve a variance in height from the required 12 metres to 14.4 metres and a variance in lot area from the required 3,240 square metres to approximately 2,544 square metres, with parking under the building, for the condominium development proposed for 1 Haviland Street, parcel number 335026 in Charlottetown.
