Mark Baker v. Town of Montague

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Mark Baker has appealed the September 12, 2005 decision of the Town of Montague to deny an application for a change in zoning from Residential Single Family (R1) to Residential Multiple Family (R2) for a portion of parcel number 451559 located on Douses Road in Montague.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2005 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
