Marion Bernard v. Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Marion Bernard has appealed the November 10, 2005 decision of the Minister of Community and Cultural Affairs  where it was determined, following a site suitability assessment, that parcel number 497495 located at West Point is not suitable for development.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 2006 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.     

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
