Elizabeth Trenholm and Ken Trenholm v. City of Summerside

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Elizabeth Trenholm and Ken Trenholm have appealed the November 21, 2005 decision of the City of Summerside to deny a request for an amendment to increase the number of children for a daycare centre from 10 to 15 children at 2 Darby Drive in Summerside.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
