John R. O'Brien et al v. City of Charlottetown

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, John R. O'Brien, Bryson Guptill, Colleen Walton, Maurice Blake, Betty Blake, Elizabeth Toombs, Helen Blake, Rob Lantz, Valerie Bruce, Bruce Beaton and Tony Spenceley have appealed the November 29, 2005 decision of the City of Charlottetown to issue a building permit to Melanie MacDonald for parcel numbers 349183, 349175 and 349167 fronting on North River Road in Charlottetown.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2006 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
