Carol Corbett et al v. Town of Stratford

Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Dwayne Coffin, Karen Coffin, Elwin Corbett, Carol Corbett, Allie Donovan, Rosemary Gallant, Mervin MacKenzie, Barbara MacKenzie, Bob Sherren, James Sherren, Mary Sherren, Bea Sherry, John Vanouwerkerk and Pat Vanouwerkerk have appealed the February 3, 2006 decision of the Town of Stratford to rezone parcels 739003 and 790246 (Dale Drive/Carole Drive) from Planned Unit Residential Development Zone (PURD) to Highway Commercial Zone (C2). 

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2006 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
