Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, David Corney (Appeal #LA06003) and Gregg Guptill (Appeal #LA06004) have appealed a February 20, 2006 decision of the City of Summerside to rezone 320 Convent Street from R-3 medium density residential zone to R-4 high density residential zone.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 3, 2006 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.
