Pursuant to Section 28 of the Planning Act, Gregg Guptill and John Moore have appealed an August 21, 2006 decision of the City of Summerside to issue a building permit to 6410448 Canada Inc. for a proposed condominium development to be located at 301 Notre Dame Street in Summerside.

The appeal will be heard commencing at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 in the Commission's Hearing Room, Suite 502, 5th Floor, National Bank Tower, 134 Kent Street, Charlottetown.

Interested persons may attend appeal hearings and be heard.
