

ALLOWABLE PERCENTAGE
RESIDENTIAL RENT INCREASE FOR 2003
In accordance with the
Rental of
Residential Property Act, the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission
has determined that the allowable percentage increase for residential rent during
2003
shall be three (3.00) percent.
Lessors who believe their special
circumstances justify a rent increase above the allowable percentage may apply to the
Director of Residential Rental Property pursuant to
Section 23 of the Act.

within or above the allowable percentage and general information regarding
the Act are available from the office of the Director
