Kensington Water and Pollution Control Corporation

APPLICATION TO INCREASE WATER AND SEWER RATES & CHARGES

— PHASE I —

TAKE NOTICE that the Kensington Water and Pollution Control Corporation has applied to the Commission for approval to increase its water rates and charges from $89.76 to $130.00 per unit per annum, and its sanitary sewerage rates from $75.00 to $115.00 per unit per annum, effective January 1, 2006.

The Utility is also proposing to develop a metered rate structure for commercial establishments for implementation in the future.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, you may write to the Commission at the address below. Comments must be received by Friday, March 31, 2006 in order to be considered.
