KINKORA SEWAGE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT CORPORATION

APPLICATION TO INCREASE SANITARY

SEWAGE RATES & CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the Kinkora Sewage Collection and Treatment Corporation has filed an application for approval to increase its annual sewer rates and charges from $250.00 to $313.00 per unit, effective July 1, 2006; and from $313.00 to $336.00, effective July 1, 2007.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, please write to the Commission at the address provided. Comments from interested persons must be received by Friday, July 14, 2006 in order to be considered.

A DETERMINATION whether a public hearing is necessary will be made by the Commission dependent upon the written comments received concerning this application.
