North Rustico Sewer and Water Utility
APPLICATION TO INCREASE WATER RATES & CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the North Rustico Sewer and Water Utility has applied to the Commission for approval to increase its water rates and charges from $110.00 to $260.00 per unit per annum, effective January 1, 2006. The Utility has not applied for a change in its sanitary sewer rates.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, you may write to the Commission at the address below. Comments must be received by Wednesday, February 22, 2006 in order to be considered.
