O'LEARY SEWERAGE COLLECTION AND
TREATMENT CORPORATION

APPLICATION TO INCREASE SANITARY
SEWERAGE RATES AND CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the O'Leary Sewer Utility has applied to the Commission for approval to increase its sanitary sewerage rates and charges from $115.00 to $193.00 per unit per annum and its frontage charge from $0.58 to $0.60 per foot, effective January 1, 2004.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, you may write to the Commission at the address below. Comments must be received by Friday, March 19, 2004 in order to be considered.
