ST. PETERS BAY SEWAGE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT CORPORATION

APPLICATION TO INCREASE SANITARY

SEWERAGE RATES & CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the St. Peters Bay Sewage Collection and Treatment Corporation has filed an application for approval to increase its annual sewer rates and charges from $209.00 to $325.00 per unit, effective June 1, 2006.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, please write to the Commission at the address provided. Comments from interested persons must be received by Friday, May 19, 2006 in order to be considered.

A DETERMINATION on the necessity of a public hearing will be made by the Commission following receipt of written comments.
