VICTORIA WATER COMMISSION

APPLICATION TO INCREASE WATER
RATES AND CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the Victoria Water Commission has applied to the Commission for approval to increase its water rates and charges from $85.00 per annum to $140.00 per annum,  effective July 1, 2004.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, you can write to the Commission at the address below. Comments must be received by Friday, September 17, 2004 in order to be considered. The Commission will determine the necessity of a public hearing into this matter following receipt of written comments. Additional information can be obtained by contacting:
