COMMUNITY OF WELLINGTON SEWER
UTILITIES CORPORATION

APPLICATION TO INCREASE SANITARY SEWERAGE
RATES AND CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the Community of Wellington Sewer Utilities Corporation has applied to the Commission for approval to increase its sanitary sewerage rates and charges from $75.00 to $140.00 per unit per annum, effective January 1, 2005.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT on the application, you may write to the Commission at the address below. Comments must be received by Friday, February 18, 2005 in order to be considered.
