NORTH RUSTICO SEWER AND
WATER UTILITY CORPORATION

APPLICATION TO INCREASE SANITARY SEWERAGE AND
WATER RATES AND CHARGES

TAKE NOTICE that the North Rustico Sewer and Water Utility Corporation has applied to the Commission for approval to increase its sanitary sewerage rates and charges from $245.00 to $367.50 per unit per annum,  and its frontage charge from $0.75 to $1.10 per foot, effective July 1, 2003.

In addition, the Utility proposes to increase the annual unmetered water charge from $104.50 to $156.75 per unit, the annual metered water customer charge from $66.80 to $100.20, the water consumption charge from $0.58 to $0.87 per 1,000 imperial gallons and the fire protection charge from $175.00 to $262.50 per hydrant, effective July 1, 2003.
