Notice of Application

TAKE NOTICE that the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission has received an application from the North Rustico Sewer and Water Utility Corporation for approval of an increase to its schedule of sanitary sewerage rates and charges from $130.00 per unit per annum to $245.00 per unit per annum, and frontage charge from $.40 per foot to $.75 per foot effective July 1, 2000.

The application does not contain any proposed changes in the Utility's water rates.

Copies of the application and information provided by North Rustico Sewer and Water Utility Corporation in support of its proposal can be obtained by contacting Donna Chandler at 892-3501.

IF YOU WISH TO COMMENT

Comments on the application can be made by writing to the Commission at the address below.  In order to be considered, your comments must be received by June 23, 2000.  The Commission will review the necessity of a public hearing into this matter following receipt of written comments.
