Background

On February 8, 1993 the Commission rendered Decision and Order LA93-4 which dismissed the appeal by the lessor.

Since that date it has come to the attention of the Commission that the amount found owing is in dispute. Therefore, the Commission has determined that the lessor shall pay the lessee the sum of $217.45. This amount represents the difference between the amount found owing by the Lessee (in Order LD92-39) and the amount found owing by the lessor (in Order LD92-38).

Order

WHEREAS the Commission dismissed the appeal.

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Rental of Residential Property Act;

IT IS ORDERED THAT the lessor shall pay the lessee $217.45 on or before March 12, 1993.
