Decision and Order

WHEREAS further to the Commission's Decision and Order No. P.920107, Superior Propane Inc. ("Superior") filed an application under the Petroleum Products Act, supra, to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") on 20 January 1992 requesting approval of decreases in the price of propane to its customers amounting to 1.7 cents per litre;

AND WHEREAS a declaration made in the supporting Affidavit of S.K. Ferguson, Area Sales Manager of Superior, dated 20 January 1992 indicates that   Superior has incurred a net decrease in propane acquisition costs of 1.7 cents per litre since 19 December 1991;

AND WHEREAS this application and the related data filed were given consideration by the Commission this date;

THE COMMISSION HEREBY ORDERS that the propane prices to be charged by Superior Propane Inc., effective 12:01 a.m., Friday, 24 January 1992, be decreased by 1.7 cents per litre in accordance with the pricing schedule marked Schedule "B" which is appended to this Decision and Order, and these prices shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
