Decision and Order

WHEREAS Co-Op Atlantic, by application dated 21 September and amended on 22 September, requested Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") to approve a reduction of 0.7 cents in its posted consumer prices of stove oil and furnace fuel;

AND WHEREAS the Applicant cited market conditions as the reason for this requested reduction;

AND PURSUANT to consideration and approval of this Application by the Commission at its meeting of 22 September 1992, the Commission Orders as follows:

THAT the following wholesale posted consumer tank truck prices, in cents per litre, shall be in effect in the Province of Prince Edward Island for the wholesaler Co-Op Atlantic effective 12:01 A.M. on SATURDAY, the 26th day of SEPTEMBER, A.D., 1992, and until otherwise ordered by the Commission:
