Petroleum
Products Act, supra, by IRVING OIL LIMITED for a decrease of 2.0 cents
per litre in the prices of all grades of gasoline contained in its dealer tank truck
pricing schedule, due to market conditions.

Decision and Order
WHEREAS on 21 December 1992, Mr. Gerry Moore, Regional Manager
for Irving Oil Limited, filed with the Commission an application under Section 32 of the
Petroleum Products Act requesting approval for a decrease of 2.0 cents per litre in the
prices of all gasoline products contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedules,
effective as soon as possible, due to market conditions.
AND WHEREAS the Commission reviewed this application and
information relating to regional pricing at its meeting of 22 December 1992;
AND WHEREAS the Commission, after consideration, approved the
application to decrease the prices of all grades of gasoline in Irving's dealer tank truck
pricing schedule; effective 12:01 a.m. on 23 December 1992, in accordance with the Order
which follows:
THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck gasoline prices are to
be charged dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Irving Oil Limited effective 12:01
a.m. on Wednesday, 23 December 1992:

2. THAT the above prices, with seven per cent G.S.T.
added, shall be indicated on all documents accompanying deliveries of these products to
said dealers.
3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments resulting
from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
