Decision and Order
WHEREAS on 22 December 1992, Mr. J. S. Reason, Pricing Administrator - Atlantic for Petro-Canada, filed with the Commission an application under Section 32 of the Petroleum Products Act requesting approval for a decrease of 2.0 cents per litre in the prices of all products contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedules. The reasons given for the filing of this application were to allow Petro-Canada to remain competitive in the Prince Edward Island market place and to better reflect market conditions in the Maritimes. This application was supported by an Affidavit signed by J. S. Reason confirming this information.
AND WHEREAS the Commission reviewed this application and information relating to regional pricing at its meeting of 23 December 1992;
AND WHEREAS the Commission, after consideration, approved the application to decrease the prices of all products contained in Petro-Canada's dealer tank truck pricing schedule; effective 12:01 a.m. on 24 December 1992, in accordance with the Order which follows:
THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck gasoline prices are to be charged dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Petro-Canada effective 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, 24 December 1992:

3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments resulting from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
