Petroleum
Products Act, supra, by SHELL CANADA PRODUCTS LIMITED for a decrease of
2.0 cents per litre in the prices of all grades of gasoline contained in its dealer and
posted consumer tank truck pricing schedules, due to market conditions.

Decision and Order
WHEREAS on 23 December 1992, Mr. Brian Langley, Atlantic
District Financial Operations Supervisor for Shell Canada Products Limited, filed with the
Commission an application under Section 32 of the Petroleum Products Act requesting
approval for a decrease of 2.0 cents per litre in the prices of all grades of gasoline
contained in its dealer and posted consumer tank truck pricing schedules. The reason given
for the filing of this application was prevailing prices in the industry in the market
place.
AND WHEREAS the Commission reviewed this application and
information relating to regional pricing at its meeting of 23 December 1992;
AND WHEREAS the Commission, after consideration, approved the
application to decrease the prices of all grades of gasoline contained in Shell's dealer
and posted consumer tank truck pricing schedules; effective 12:01 a.m. on 24 December
1992, in accordance with the Order which follows:
THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck gasoline prices are to
be charged dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Shell Canada Products Limited
effective 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, 24 December 1992:

2. THAT the above prices, with seven per cent G.S.T.
added, shall be indicated on all documents accompanying deliveries of these products to
said dealers.
3. THAT the following wholesale posted consumer tank truck
prices (which prices do not include Provincial tax or seven per cent G.S.T.) shall be in
effect in the Province of Prince Edward Island for the wholesaler Shell Canada Products
Limited, effective 12:01 a.m. on 24 December 1992:
