schedule.

Decision and Order
WHEREAS further to the Commission's Decision and Order No.
P.930119-2, Superior Propane Inc. ("Superior"). filed with the Island Regulatory
and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") an application dated 5 February 1993
requesting permission to decrease the price of propane to its customers in the amount of
2.5 cents per litre;
AND WHEREAS a declaration made in the supporting Affidavit of
Ralph Wilson, Branch Manager of Superior, dated 5 February 1993 indicated that propane
acquisition costs had decreased by a total of 2.5 cents per litre since the last approved
price adjustment; which became effective 21 January 1993;
AND WHEREAS the above-noted Affidavit was supported by Schedule
"A" entitled "Wholesale Propane Price Changes" (Sarnia-Amoco), which
Schedule indicated that propane acquisition costs had decreased by 1.5 cents per litre
effective 22 January 1993 and by 1.0 cent per litre, effective 5 February 1993;
AND WHEREAS
the Applicant submitted with its application Schedule
"B", which indicated currently authorized prices as well as proposed prices;
AND WHEREAS the Commission considered this Application and supporting
documentation this date;
THE COMMISSION HEREBY ORDERS
that the propane prices to be charged
by Superior Propane Inc., effective 12:01 a.m., Monday, 8 February 1993, be decreased by
2.5 cents per litre, in accordance with Appendix "A" to this Order, until
otherwise ordered by the Commission.
AND THE COMMISSION FURTHER ORDERS that a copy of the invoice for
the next delivery of propane to Superior following 8 February 1993 be submitted to the
Commission on or before 19 February 1993.
