Products Act, supra, by IMPERIAL OIL LIMITED for a decrease of 1.9 cents
per litre in the prices of all products contained in its dealer tank truck pricing
schedule, due to regional market conditions.

Decision and Order
WHEREAS on 8 March 1993, Mr. Howard D. Bowie, Accounts Executive
- Retail, for Imperial Oil Limited, filed with the Commission an application under Section
32 of the Petroleum Products Act requesting approval for a decrease of 1.9 cents per litre
in the prices of all products contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedules,
effective 9 March 1993, due to regional market conditions.
AND WHEREAS the Commission reviewed this application and
information relating to regional pricing at its meeting of 9 March 1993;
AND WHEREAS the Commission, after consideration, approved the
application;
THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck prices are to be charged
dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Imperial Oil Limited effective 12:01 a.m. on
11 March 1993:

2. THAT the above prices, with seven per cent G.S.T.
added, shall be indicated on all documents accompanying deliveries of these products to
said dealers.
3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments resulting
from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
