Petroleum
Products Act, supra, by ULTRAMAR CANADA INC. for a decrease of 1.9 cents
per litre in the prices contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedule, due to market
conditions.

Decision and Order
WHEREAS on 11 March 1993, Mr. R. D. Munn, Director-Corporate
Planning for Ultramar Canada Inc., filed with the Commission an application under Section
32 of the Petroleum Products Act requesting approval for a decrease of 1.9 cents per litre
in the prices contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedule. The reasons given for
the filing of this application were to remain competitive as a retail marketer of gasoline
and diesel in Prince Edward Island.
AND WHEREAS the Commission reviewed this application and
information relating to local and regional pricing at its meeting of 11 March 1993;
AND WHEREAS the Commission, after consideration, approved the
application to decrease the prices contained in Ultramar's dealer tank truck pricing
schedule; effective 12:01 a.m. on 13 March 1993, in accordance with the Order which
follows:
THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck prices are to be charged
dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Ultramar Canada Inc. effective 12:01 a.m. on
Saturday, 13 March 1993:

2. THAT the above prices, with seven per cent G.S.T.
added, shall be indicated on all documents accompanying deliveries of these products to

3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments resulting
from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
