IN THE MATTER of an application filed under Section 32 of the Petroleum Products Act, supra, by IMPERIAL OIL LIMITED for a decrease of 2.0 cents per litre in the prices of gasoline products and 0.5 cent per litre in the price of diesel fuel contained in its posted consumer tank truck pricing schedule, due to market conditions.

Decision and Order


WHEREAS an application dated 19 March 1993 and affidavit signed on 22 March 1993 was submitted to the Commission under Section 32 of the Petroleum Products Act by D. L. (Debbie) Miller, Accounts Executive - NB/P.E.I. for Imperial Oil Limited, requesting approval for a decrease of 2.0 cents per litre in the prices of all gasoline products and a decrease of 0.5 cents per litre in the price of diesel fuel contained in Imperial's posted consumer tank truck pricing schedules, effective 29 March 1993, due to market conditions.

AND WHEREAS the Commission reviewed this application and other information relating to pricing at its meeting of 25 March 1993;

AND WHEREAS the Commission, after consideration, approved the application;

THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

1. THAT the following wholesale posted consumer tank truck prices (which prices do not include Provincial tax or seven per cent G.S.T.) shall be in effect in the Province of Prince Edward Island for the wholesaler Imperial Oil Limited, effective 12:01 a.m. on 29 March 1993:
