Decision and Order

---

WHEREAS further to the Commission's Interim Order No. P.930401, Counsel for Atlantic Speedy Propane Limited ("Atlantic") filed with the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission (the "Commission") on 9 July 1993 a new schedule of propane gas rates for Atlantic;

AND WHEREAS this new schedule sets out the gas rate for portable cylinders in price per lb., a new category for dispensing units, and the elimination of any reference to Policy #30 on annual rental of dispensing units;

AND WHEREAS additional information was requested and received on the matter of rental Policy #30;

AND WHEREAS the Commission considered this new schedule and supporting documentation this date, and granted approval to the new pricing schedule;

THE COMMISSION HEREBY ORDERS THAT the propane prices to be charged by Atlantic Speedy Propane Limited, effective 12:01 a.m., Thursday, 22 July 1993, be in accordance with Appendix "A" to this Order, until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
