IN THE MATTER of an application filed under Section 32 of the Petroleum Products Act, supra, by PETRO-CANADA for decreases of 0.5 cent per litre in the prices of all grades of gasoline contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedule, due to market conditions.

Decision and Order


WHEREAS further to the Commission's Decision and Order No. P.951107-5 authorizing decreases based on crude oil related costs, Ms. Emma Southwood, Retail Coordinator, Pricing, Atlantic Market for Petro-Canada, filed with the Commission on 14 November 1995 an application under Section 32 of the Petroleum Products Act requesting approval for decreases in the prices of all grades of gasoline contained in its dealer tank truck pricing schedule of 0.5 cent per litre. The reason given for this application was cited as being due to market conditions;

AND WHEREAS the Commission gave consideration to this application and information relating to local pricing at its meeting of 14 November 1995;

AND WHEREAS the Commission approved the application effective 12:01 a.m. on 16 November 1995 in accordance with the attached Order.

THE COMMISSION THEREFORE ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:

1. THAT the following wholesale tank truck prices are to be charged dealers in Prince Edward Island supplied by Petro-Canada effective 12:01 a.m. on 16 November 1995:

2. THAT the above prices, with seven per cent G.S.T. added, shall be indicated on all documents accompanying deliveries of these products to said dealers.

3. THAT the prices quoted in this Order, with adjustments resulting from tax changes only, shall remain in effect until otherwise ordered by the Commission.
