Decision and Order

On 1 September 1999, Mr. David H. G. Collins, Vice-President of Wilson Fuel Co. Limited ("Wilson’s"), filed with the Commission an application and supporting documentation under Section 32 of the Petroleum Products Act requesting approval to adjust prices based on the crude oil cost component of pricing by applying an increase of 2.2 cents per litre to all product prices contained in Wilson’s dealer tank truck pricing schedule, based on its monitoring of average crude oil costs for the two-month period of June/July, 1999.

The Commission reviewed this application this date and gave consideration to the pricing adjustments indicated by the Commission’s monitoring of Brent crude oil costs and the information provided by the Applicant based on the June/July ’99 average cost of Brent marker crude.

As a result of this consideration, the Commission determined that the increases requested by Wilson Fuel Co. Limited were justified. Wilson Fuel Co. Limited is therefore hereby ordered to increase its dealer tank truck prices by 2.2 cents per litre, effective 12:01 a.m., 3 September 1999, in accordance with the attached Order.

THE COMMISSION HEREBY ORDERS AS FOLLOWS:
