WHEREAS Maritime Electric Company, Limited (the "Company") has applied to the Commission for approval to defer the filing of the documents on the Company's current and proposed power purchase policies;

AND WHEREAS it appears to the Commission that an extension to the filing deadline is warranted;

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Island Regulatory and Appeals Commission Act and the Electric Power and Telephone Act;

IT IS ORDERED THAT

1. Paragraph 3 of Commission Order UE92-10 is revoked and the following substituted therefor:

3. The above documents shall be filed with the Commission no later than May 31, 1993.
